The whole staff at Aspen Dental are very efficient and thorough. I am a new patient with them and even though I had not seen a dentist in a few years, they did not lecture me, they gave me a full exam and explained everything as they went along. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs to see the dentist, even those who fear the dentist because they really have a way with calming your nerves.

I went into Aspen Dental in Medford due to tooth pain but also because I am aware I am in serious need of dental work. It turns out I had a small infection so the very polite dentist prescribed me antibiotics. That’s my positive take on the experience. Overall. however. the outlook is darker. Aspen Dental could definately improve if they could process a claim correctly. They also could have their billing department NOT refuse to speak to a client regarding the denied claim (very unprofessional) . They will not honor a warranty on dentures (that broke) because they have not been paid for. They have not been paid for because they refuse to enter the correct dental code. This is a nightmare. So we are going to be out of pocket for the repairs for dentures that are only 6 months old. Small claims court here we ... read more

Awful experience. I’ll just list the things that went wrong: 1. They lost my file 2. I had to wait 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be called back into a room. 3. One of the employees was combative with me because I stood up for myself. 4. The employees do not care about the patients. They only care about money. I was there for a simple procedure and since it was not going to make them a ton of money, I was the lowest on their priority list. 5. I will not be returning.
