Today was my first experience with Aspen Dental. I have nothing but good things to say about my visit and interactions with everyone on the staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and courteous, making sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. Dentistry has come a long way since I was a kid, and this office in particular does a fantastic job of putting scaredy-cats like me at ease. Melissa, Katelyn, Jessica, and Dr. Rundle, thank you all for taking such good care of me.
I have never been comfortable in dentist offices...every dentist I've ever met has always been rude and judgemental and made me feel so horrible....this offices, the staff, everything was just amazing. They were kind, understanding, and professional, I felt at ease from the moment I walked in. All anxiety I had was all but eraced as they took great care of me. Just had my second great experience! Dr. Rundell is amazing and my hygienist and all staff were wonderful! Highly recommended.
My new patient appointment was absolutely wonderful. The staff and the atmosphere was absolutely awesome. Normally I hate going to the dentist but this place makes me feel at ease. The best part about my visit yesterday was the Hygienist Melissa. Such an awesome sense of humor and definitely a compliment to the office. Might start looking forward to going to the dentist. This was a first visit. They actually were the only office that could get me in this quick (was trying to go the Benton Harbor Aspen). Everyone was very nice and I even got to listen to Mary Mary during my cleaning. Very sweet people at this office (and I do not like going to the dentist). I appreciate the way they treated me and helped relieve my anxiety.
This was my first visit to the dentist in over a decade so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I was greeted and treated like a guest, by smiling employees who got me in on time for my appointment. I was given a procedure date which I explained I wish could be pushed up if possible. The very next day they called me and were able to fit me in within 24 hours! Thanks friends!
Just had my teeth cleaned yesterday! My teeth are squeaky clean! I love aspen! Awesome people! Very friendly!
