At first I loved this place, they seemed to know how to fix my problem. I went and got a loan to have my wisdom teeth removed in January of this year. Surgery went well, I thought. Come march of this year my mouth started hurting in the sockets where I had oral surgery. I went to see Aspen to see what was up. I was told delayed healing. The pain went away a week later. Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
I've been trying to several very crooked teeth removed so I can get a Bridge for over a year. Alway a reason we can't move forward each visit. Yesterday I waited over an hour and they still couldn't tell me when the dentist would see me. I left. I'm getting referrals from friends to find a dentist.
This was a first visit and we WILL be going back. My husband had a tooth that was causing him severe pain and we got an emergency appt for the VERY next morning. After we got there and had the consultation, they were having a VERY hard time getting a hold of our insurance and because we were now looking at an extraction and no longer just a 1st visit, we were now looking at spending money we didn't have. I asked for my money back almost 2 months ago. I keep getting excuses. Getting ready to turn it over to my attorney.
