Well it would help if the first time I saw the dentist she did not ask me what medicines I am on from psychiatrist and she knew not even the color of my eyes let alone which meds I am on. This place is a big rip off. After paying close to $4,000 cash upfront, my sons teeth are still not done, and he never received his partial that is paid for, as they said they could not make his partial until he paid another $1,000 for more dental work. He went to another dentist and the dentist asked where he had his fillings done at, and he replied Aspen Dental and she said she had never seen such crappy work. they were taking my blood pressure to do fillings, by putting on the wrist cuff while LAYING DOWN in their chair & folding my arm over my heart. got up & walked out. a crown less the 3 months old just fell out 3 days ago & called to get back in to get it fixed by them because they're liable, told they won't see me, & now the post broke. the level of incompetence is on a galactic scale. perhaps I should exercise my rights & protest in front of their office. anyone want to join me...PM me. it seems this is the only way the cor... read more
Did a total botched job on my wisdom teeth. Two weeks later still have pain and a numb tongue. Horrible wait times. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.
This place botched my xrays, and won't give me the originals. They wanted to perform unnecessary procedures that would have cost thousands of dollars when all I needed was a simple extraction costing less than one hundred, which I had done with another dentist, and am fine now. I can't even get them to take me off their automated call list, as they continue to contact me to schedule an appointment with them. I'll never return to this clinic as a patient.
The doctors don’t really know what here doing. One doctor, I don’t remember her name, she blonde and the new permanent doctor, is quite rude to me. She ignored a previous doctors notes and had to redo my teeth twice because she ignored notes. Then she complained he whole procedure and let trying to talk me out of it while I was about to get the procedure done.
6 months ago I would've recommended this place but definitely not now. The new dentist talked over my head to the hygienist instead of directing the questions to me which I found so incredibly rude. How would the hygienist know my history when she just met me for the 1st time???? I was called to come in to my appointment early because the appointment before me cancelled yet I was still taken back after my original appointment time. As soon as we paid for the dentures they could never fit him in for an apt and when he did make an apt they said they didn't have it in the computer so made him sit and wait for hours until they were done with everyone else. He even has an apt card with the time and date on it! Before we paid for the dentures they got him in no problem any time he needed to.
