My daughter has been here for her wisdom teeth to be taken out along with some other items she is having done which they did a great job for her and she is happy with the service. I, however have some issues with this facility. The staff is certainly nice but I came in on an emergency due to a broken tooth that has an abscess, which most of you know that is an infection! I called yesterday for an urgent dental issue with my son (inflamed gum prior to a holiday weekend). I decided to try the new "Aspen Dental" here in town. They were able to get me an appt for the next day at 10am. I was told to arrive at 9:45am to do new patient paperwork. I took the morning off from work and arrived promptly at 9:45 and had the paperwork completed by 9:55am. I waited until 10:15 (3 other people that arrived after us, had already been called back) and asked how much longer as we had been there for 30 minutes... read more

The staff were great neither my husband or I cared for the dentist who spent 3 minutes each with us. Not happy about our insurance being charged for an exam when they claimed all over the building itself FREE new patient exam and x-rays! Did we miss something? We are going elsewhere now and are disputing this charge. Beware.

The ladies there were great. The Dentist seemed very rude. I was also told that I had an infection in my jaw and was NOT treated. I ended up going to the ER that night. I also feel they were just trying to sell me stuff that I did not need. Going somewhere else that will treat me right and take my insurance

I brought my daughter in for a couple of procedures and they were done in a timely manner. I have to say, however, that after my daughter's appointment she let me know that the dentist answered his cell phone in the middle of doing her fillings. This was enough to kind of stop me in my tracks, but then I asked her if he changed his gloves afterward and she said no. I feel like this was an unsanitary and unprofessional thing to do and could have or might have put my daughter's health at risk for no reason. Again, what she nee... read more

This is a great group of people and I am glad I now go here. The first person I encountered after the front desk person was Emily W. who really went out her way to make me feel comfortable. JP the office manager has a no pressure approach when it comes down to the treatment plans and looks at ways to make it affordable. If you need a dentist I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and his staff.

Second time here. I figured the problems the first visit was because it was their first day open. I get it, they are new to this area, but it seems all the people that work there that this is their first rodeo. Assistants not doing "routine" procedures until told by the dentist, not having the proper instruments, telling you one thing from their x-rays, then once in the chair the dentist "discovers" it's going to be a fully different procedure and the price doubles.
