RecommendedThe staff at the Monticello location are awesome. They made my entire process painless. It was very affordable and great quality of work, however the highpoint was the amazing staff. I called an advertisement on Google. I expressed the reason for my call was in hopes of an emergency visit for my wife. Turned out to be a root canal. Expressed I already had an apt elsewhere, and didn't have insurance. Was told not to worry about it, and get my wife to the only available time slot with a local Aspen Dental instead. The operator would call the location immediately, and notify them this is an emergency. Even without insurance the whole thing would be covered. Aspen dental at its finest
Don’t recommend aspen at all! They are very unorganized and don’t have your best interest in mind. They messed up on my husbands surgery twice. Went in the first time, they messed up with the prescription to get the surgery done, so we couldn’t do it that day. They gave us a really hard time about trying to reschedule. They made it seem like our fault because we didn’t bring our own drugs to the appointment. We finally got rescheduled with their oral surgeon. Theres poor communication between locations. I went to the St. Cloud one, they scheduled me in Monticello for my wisdom teeth extraction. Whoever did my extraction was really struggling to get my teeth out. Now I have a cracked tooth (molar) that I didn't notice right away but the extraction is the only trauma I've had to my mouth! I literally just finished paying off the extraction in like January and I dont have dental so I'll be finding somewhere else to take care of this issue.

I came here thinking it’s a new dentist, I’ll give it a try. Haven’t really found a good one near me yet.. I made an emergency appt because I was 99% sure I needed a root canal. Well i get there and the receptionist was honestly the only polite person i encountered there. I get called back to the room i was going to be in, no one even introduced themselves to me. I went in for a tooth needing to be pulled and I walk out with an almost $10,000.00 estimate and no pulled tooth. On this estimate I see a toothbrush for $135.00 and mouthwash for $40.00. I also see 4 amounts for a treatment which I've done research on is a treatment that doesn't work very well but most importantly, my research stated over and over again that dental hygienists HAVE to push this procedure and they get a percentage every time this procedure is injected.
