Absolutely impeccable staff. I have never felt like I was right at home at a destists office before! As someone without insurance, they made my visit a lot less fearful for me. P.J. the office manager made me so much more comfortable about paying for my treatment. Dr. Alexander also did a fantastic job at explaining the condition of my teeth. The whole staff there will take any amount of time to make sure you understand where your dental health stands and what your treatment will be. 5 stars!!! :)

In the past, I had a couple horrific experiences with dental offices. THEN - I went to Aspen Dental in Monticello! What an amazing experience!! Megan and Emily welcomed me and put me at ease. Megan was super nice and very careful with my sensitivities!! Dr. Alexander helped me put together a treatment plan and the office manager PJ helped me work out a payment plan!! Thank You all so much for changing my opinon!! I am excited about my future smile!!
The only dentist office I will ever go to again!!! Needed every from cleaning to extractions and partials. The only thing left to do is to have molds made for my partials and they only opened yesterday!!! Professional, knowledgeable, caring, friendly, etc.. they have it all. I highly recommend this dental office! Thank you Dr. Alexander, Megan, PJ, and the entire staff. Welcome to Monticello!!!!
Got the free exam & x-rays as advertised. Had a bad molar extracted, no problems. I was given a veterans discount on the extraction too. Only negative was the 4 hours I was there. Too much waiting.
