My son had an appointment for the free exam and x-rays to see how they could help him with issues he was having. The first visit he came home talking about the high pressure tactics they used to try to get him to sign up for $15,000 of dental work. He asked about other insurance plans they accepted and said no one wanted to talk about other available options. Mt.Dora office was torture for me.Bad,bad experience.Don't recommend them at all .My mouth still hurts from so call root canal and crown. Think twice!
They're a MILLION TIMES better than Mt. Dora Dental Care, that's for sure! Definitely staying with Aspen. NEVER going back to Mt. Dora Dental.
Had my FIRST appointment today - got there in plenty of time, filled out the paperwork, gave the front desk person my insurance cards and WAITED, WAITED AND WAITED SOME MORE! People than came in AFTER me, went right in. After MORE than 45 minutes, I left. Called them, told them why did I have to wait so long, was advised since I was a NEW patient, had to wait for the xray machine????? HUH???? OVER BOOK MUCH?
