I had Humana Dental Insurance and it covers cleaning and xrays. I was billed $184.50 and called the manager. He told me it was being taken care of and I would receive credit. Not only did he not issue a credit but I received another bill. I do not want to use them again. When he first interviewed me as a new patient he automatically was going to charge me for a Floride treatment which I never wanted. I took my son here because he was experiencing some discomfort and I wanted him checked out and this was the only place I could get him in. A limited exam and 1 pano x-ray were done. When checking out I specifically asked multiple times that the full exam, bitewings, and prophy not be charged out to the insurance because they were not done. Went there for a evaluation of my lower teeth and getting my upper denture relined. Examination staff were professional and courteous with their diagnosis. Problem arose with the check-out/billing representative. She was the only one not wearing a mask. When we asked why, she said she didn't think she needed to wear one. Then we got to the how much it's going to cost me part and my jaw hit the floor. Everything they were going to do had a separate cost for each step. Reminded me of bait and switch! No thanks!

No follow up. Awful office to follow up with. Tooth extraction on Thursday, today Sunday, pain and swelling. I've called the emergency phone 5 times, no call back or advice.

The Dentist I go to has performed extensive work in my mouth, from a three front top teeth bridge, various fillings and most recent two days ago, extraction of lower molar. This molar had a root canal, split root which, during etraction process it was discovered had fused to jaw bone! Felt so sorry for him but mission accomplished after a period of time. My hats off to him as it had to be an unpleasant experience for him as painful for me.

Went in for sever tooth pain. They pulled a tooth. Next day same pain, turns out it was a missing filling on the tooth behind it. So they pulled the wrong tooth. Left a huge hole in my gums that has sent me to the emergency clinic due to infection. Offered to stop by and have them check it out before I got a second opinion and they told me they did not even want to see me or I could pay them for another visit. I would not recommend Aspen dental... because just left there with my husband and $130 later nothing was done except for an x x-ray and wanted to charge 400 for an extraction... I've been there before it was only a hundred and fifty what's that all about definitely wouldn't recommend it stay away especially if you got a budget
Horrible office staff Rude and no customer service . Office overbooks so plan on waiting 6 months for an appointment even if you are an existing patient . Cleanings are done in a hurry and the Hygienist is very rough on your gums . Also noticed was billed for X-rays when none were taken
