I'm from out of town and my tooth with a cavity under it was bothering me. I had an appointment at 10:00am this morning and at 11:15 I walked out of the office without having seen a dr. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I checked in at 5:15pm for a 5:30pm appointment. It was my 1st time there, so I went through all the new patient paperwork and they took my back for x-rays around 6pm. I was then set in a patient area where I waited until almost 7:45pm until I finally was seen by the dentist who did a swift 10 minute exam of my mouth. I thought I would at least get a cleaning, but that didn't happen. It would have been professional if someone would have told me how long my wait was going to be. Aspen Dental is a ripped off !!! The hygienist cleaned my teeth at the same time with other two patients. In less than 30 minutes, the three of us were done ! WOW !!! My teeth does not feel clean at all. My wife and I were charged over $900. Scaling for my wife and regular cleaning for me. My wife had her scaling done in less than an hour. Her hygienist have also stopped twice during her scaling procedure "to attend to her other patient", the hygienist had told her. I don't think we will recommend this place to any body. Dont go here, I have a family member that had one tooth that was bothering her. Aspen tells her she needs to pull all teeth and get dentures. Yes she has insurance! She started all this in November she has not been able to eat solid foods since. Her dentures do not fit, the top plate is way to big for her mouth. They have charged her thousands of dollars and she has been in physical and mental pain ever since she walked in there door. My son had a troubled tooth, called Aspen dental and it took a month to get in...He went in and they told him, " Sorry we overbooked" and rescheduled him for April 28th.....REALLY? So 2 months on waiting.......Needless to say I am finding a new dentist, shouldn't take 2 months to have a tooth looked at and taken care of especially if he had infection in it.....What happens if he ended up in the hospital over infection, what are they going to say then? Sorry for the inconvenience.....Not happy
I had to put one star but they are not even worth that. One of the worse mistakes I ever made was contacting this company!!!!
