They have terrible customer service. Took over 5 calls to them over the weekend when son had work done on him. lip and left side of mouth was very swollen from temporary cap they put on. told him to take advil and call them in the morning at 7 am. he did and still no return call. he has called them over 3 times already. Son ended up going to the ER. antibiotic, steroid and benadryl.

Recommendedwhat a joke, I have insurance that covers a cleaning but this place wants me to get a $300 deep clean that I would need to pay for up front before I can get my free cleaning!! This Place Is A🤬🤬🤬 Joke!! I would not give you any stars!!

After having a full set of x-rays and a cleaning from my regular dentist. I was referred to 2 oral surgeons to have 2 Hyperextended wisdom teeth extracted. Both offices I called could not see me for months. I was suffering from some pretty intense nerve pain. So 22 days later I called Aspen Dental in Mt. Pleasant and they saw me in 2 days. I give Carrie, the hygienist, a 5+ but the front office staff not so much. I have been going there for about 8-9 years. When I retired a few years ago is when the problem started. Last year they wanted my xrays from my AZ dentist (I spend half the year out there so see a dentist there also) and I got the email address of their office manager so my most recent xrays could be emailed to Aspen.
