They gave me a coupon to pay around $100 for my daughter to get an exam, teeth cleaning and fluoride treatment. Paid in full same day. Received a bill a few weeks later, still owe $214. I stopped in, they said they remembered her, will correct the mistake and will get it taken care of, next month same bill this time I call, oh so sorry they will call and fix it. This has gone on for about 5 months!! Oh look another bill!!! Avoid this place at all costs!! Big promises but all lies!!!

I was so happy with the way the staff handled Ciara, she has horrible teeth and poor dental habits. No one said anything negative to her, they were so nice to her and referred her to another dentist that specializes in children for further care. I would be glad to send any of my friends to this office.

I first when it to see if they could fix my broken upper plate. Doctor said it was impossible to fix. So then I asked for just a new upper, doctor said there was no sense in making a new upper because it wouldn't fit with my old lower. So over a month later, I have a new set that is so uncomfortable that I couldn't even eat fried rice on my birthday! So I call back today, made an appointment for 11:15. I waited 30 minutes for the Dentist to come in and do my exam, while I was waiting I found out he wasn't even in the building. My appointment was at 7:00am for a cleaning and the Dentist didn't even arrive until 8:00am. Then I waited for another 15 minutes for the receptionist to go over all the things I had just talked about with the Dentist. I was very disappointed.

I have only bad things to write about the Mount Pleasant Aspen office. First I was told on the phone that they were in network with my insurance only to find out when I went in there that they bill the insurance but wasn't in network and that I had to pay up front before the work would be done and if they got money from the insurance company they would reimburse. Then I was told that one figure they would oral surgically remove the tooth that was in pain but for another figure they would pull all my teeth out and I would get... read more

I was told I needed a deep cleaning which cost $1200.00, a cracked back molar to be pulled and a molar that needed a root canal and crown. However they don't do root canals so was referred to someone who did, called them made an appt. and was told once the root canal was done only had 3 weeks to get the crown on and should call back Aspen and get the appt. set up so once the root canal was done would be getting the crown done in the right time frame. 3 years ago I had a rebuild on my front teeth from here. Our of no where it falls out. No tooth decay, no stress on it, just falls out of my mouth. I called up and explained to the lady what had happened. She seemed very understanding that I'm embarrassed by the way it looks and sets me up with an appointment to have the dentist look at it and replace it.
