Had an appointment for 930 to get a checkup and she shows up right on time. The woman hands her some paper work to fill out and she does. Then she is told she would have to reschedule because she missed her appointment time because she had to fill out that paperwork (which she didn't take a long time to do). She was told "we can reschedule" but not when she took off work for it. Im Thoroughly pissed off right now that my mother had to go through this with a obviously very unprofessional practice.Â
