They send multiple emails and text messages to confirm appointments....Then call a day before to tell me there is "a conflict" If you get in...they do a good job. They Lost my family as patients. I have limited availability due to my schedule. and when I make an appointment I expect it to be kept. Especially when I confirmed it multiple times this week. This has happened many times. Not just a one time thing.

I had a root canal and repaired root canal. I haven't gone back for the crown yet but I am in so much pain I'm taking ibuprofen every 4 hours! it's been a week and still no relief!
This office has some of the worst, most unprofessional people I've ever come across! I asked before hand when I scheduled my appointment if they had an oral surgeon and they said yes. After I had my x-rays done and everything, I was told that their Oral Surgeon is only there 1 day out of the month! REALLY?! What good does that do? They should've mentioned that up front so I could've scheduled my consultation some where else! My schedule is tight so I can't just re-schedule another consultation with a different dentist. I went to this dental office yesterday for my first visit. Every person works there is very polite, professional, and respectful. But it is a businesses office to sell the ,most expensive dental plan to their patients. The radiology tech was very nice and helpful. Hygienist did a very good an throw job of examining but her explanation of the problems start with pitch to sale an Oral B electric brush. Then she told me that I have periodontist and need treatment for it but no explanation how I got it and what are the different... read more

FREE CONSULTATIONS ARE NOT FREE. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Made the appointment stating multiple times I have dental insurance, even gave them my actual insurance information on the phone, and was told initial consultations and X-ray were free they wouldn't run my insurance at all. Was then charged $40 as a co-pay when leaving, and It was only after getting back to my car and remembering the fact I set up the appointment because I knew it would be free of charge that I went back inside and demanded and answer/refund. Almost like being at a used car sales office trying high pressure sales tactics to set up financing on spot. When I said I would take the information and take to my wife about it, the Patient Service Representative said so your wife makes the decisions for you? NOT A GOOD IDEA !! I called back and said I would like to have a standard cleaning and would like to go ahead with the denture i was told they would only do the plan they had laid out with all the extras.
