I went in for a consultation and they were all very friendly and all smiley. They made me feel very comfortable. They are working with me to schedule a wisdom tooth surgery and were very patient with me. They don't take my insurances but i will still be going to them to have my surgery done and will be paying out of pocket. Hopefully that tells you something, I rather pay to have my surgery done there rather than go somewhere and have it done for free.Ā
All but one person was very polite and accommodating to my needs. I went there for an emergency as I have a regular dentist. Dr. Yu was professional as well as the entire team of associates. No pressure from anyone. Gave me a prescription for my pain as well as a diagnosis and sent me on my way.Ā
I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental in Newark, Ohio. I haven't been to the Dentist in 2 years. I was able to schedule an appointment 2 days after I checked their times and days. No one hassled me to by procedures I did not want to could afford. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, every single person who worked with me was very knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to be around.Ā
Love this place, in Newark Ohio. Everyone is so kind and they go out there way to do everything that is right. Wonderful care, what more could you ask for!!!!Ā
