Emergency appointment because the gums and area below my tongue was swollen and inflamed. I explicitly told both the assistant and dentist that I had an abrasion there from a surgery intubation 2 weeks prior. They ignored that, said it was gingivitis and scheduled a scaling. I went in because I was having pain between tooth 4 and 5. I never even physically saw Dr. Yu. He stayed behind me all the time, quietly said "I'm Dr. Yu" and "Open your mouth". I saw only his hands as he inspected my mouth. He did nothing except expand my cheeks and lips a little. Do not go there!. They are good for their money back guarantee! My sister cannot wear her dentures and she spent over $8000 and got a shoddy surgeon and then ill fitting dentures! She returned and they would not fix the dentures right stating that her guns had a ridge and she would need surgery again! She can never wear the teeth as they tried to work on them and they will not stay in. Loss of money period!
They lied about the cost try ed to charge me a fortune then poked around on all my teeth made them hurt worse absolutely the worst place I've ever been will not recommend this shit whole to anyone
I liked that they got me in very quick, that day. But that's where it ends. They wanted to pull all my teeth. I had one toothache. I still have 26 of my teeth. This place is a denture factory, just as the commercials imply.
Poor fitting dentures from the start. I got a letter stating i could get a no-charge adjustment only to show up and be called a liar. Took the leter to them and they still won't make it right. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Had to get another dentist to redo most of the teeth aspen "fixed" to fix them correctly!!
