Their prices are even higher than our local dentist. We went there because we don't have insurance, but it was too expensive for us. The office people, the dentist, and technician were friendly and courteous, and we were offered payment options as they promise. We also have a distance to travel which plays a part as well. I appreciate them for allowing us to come and check them out!

My husband and I are seeking legal help getting this scam operation to fix the disaster they created. For months I have suffered with TMJ, caused by Dr. Yu. He dislocated my jaw!! He's way to rough, and a liar. ASPEN could care less about my pain, and had kept almost $2,000 for services never performed in my teeth. Chris is also a liar, NEVER trust a word he says. ASPEN is a scam, they cheat patients.

I went in to the 21st location here in Newark on or about February 2 to schedule an appointment for February 26 for 3 fillings. The staff was great for the most part! A charge showed up on my credit report on February 5 for 743.00, which is what I was quoted. But they sent the bill out 2 weeks before they'd performed the services or ran it through my insurance and sent the adjusted amount to Dental First . My top two wisdom teeth were ripped out. Nothing stronger than Motrin and three days later I can still hardly drink or eat. They didn’t tell me about the options I had until I showed up confused and in pain. Not going back.
Talked with Aspen Dental and was quoted a price of $483 to replace an existing crown under Careinton Care 500 Plan Insurance. Went in for consultation at which time I was told that the exact procedure promised for $483 actually would cost me $1300 out-of-pocket WITH INSURANCE.. Was clearly misinformed by an office whose sole goals appear to be to upsell dental clients. Cannot comment on the quality of dental service, but the dentists were very young and the office equipment appeared to be very worn.
