Would not recommend! Did a crown with. First they didn’t numb me when applying the crown. Second it’s 6 months later and gums have been super irritated around that crown. Another dentist is suggesting a procedure that cost a lot plus I have to pay for a new crown out of pocket.

The office staff at the Niceville location is absolutely unqualified. The amount of errors that they make is unbelievable. Trying to overcharge, charge for things that weren't even done, putting appointments in incorrectly, not taking appointments out of their system that had been canceled/or moved by me and causing insurance/coverage issue therefor. I was lied to you about having nine huge cavity is when six months prior I went to a dentist before that they said I had to medium size cavities they had me open up a credit card account and have fraudulently charged me with the $550 balance and have done no dental work I took my x-rays to another dentist and they cannot even believe that these people said I had nine huge cavities I will have to get a lawyer from where I work and deal with the situation they don’t realize that that is exactly what I will do and I will be goi... read more
Do not go here, malpractice, insurance fraud, battery, and the list goes on across the board! Good luck keeping your doors open this is about to blow up.
Normally, I don't write a bad review on a company without letting them attempt to resolve the issue. However, I have made contact 4 times now since February about getting a deposit of $237.50 refunded for a root canal that I never had. After I made the appointment for the root canal and paid a deposit back in January, I found out that they don't do laughing gas...which for me is a necessity. I would not suggest this office to anyone and I will never be back. I was rescheduled 3 times in 2 days because of scheduling issues and a broken machine, I finally coming over here an hour before my appointment so I knew I was on time because it was almost a two-hour drive away then they tell me when I get here the machine is still broken and there's nothing they could you. Those of you with good experiences here I'm glad but mine as a new patient was absolutely terrible. I will not be using an Aspen Dental ever again

Recommended Aspen Dental to my son for a broken wisdom tooth. He waited for a week for his appointment with them. On the morning of his appointment they call and inform him they can not do his extraction because their morning surgery took longer than expected. His appointment was at 1:30; they closed at 9 pm. They said they were running an hour behind. So I guess they were bumping him to make up their hour. Not a good business practice in my opinion. Some one in pain has to wait for another week.
