Staff is AMAZING! I felt so taken care of by my dentist and I definitely will be making this my primary dentist from now on, for myself and my family. Facility is so nice and very clean! Made me feel comfortable because the atmosphere was very pleasant.

My son Zachary recently got his cleaning done by Bree the hygienist. He said Bree made him feel very comfortable. She was nice. Dr. Heath was also very nice. He said he will recommend Aspen Dental to all his friends at school.

Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. So stupid me for paying for services before hand. I drove an hour plus last week for my appointment only to find out that they were cyber attacked and didn’t have access to anything. Cool I completely understand. Waited for a call to reschedule and got nothing. Went in today for another appointment for a different service to be told they could only do the filling and still weren’t able to reschedule the other appointment. Office would not offer cleaning per insurance coverage. They wanted to put me on a cleaning plan for a couple thousand bucks. It’s a racket. Avoid.

Scheduled cleaning appointment over 6 months ago received at least 5 text confirming appointment even one morning of. Received email also and I confirmed on both email and text. I live 50 miles from this office. My appointment was at 1:30 pm. As i was 3 feet from office door receive a text at 1:10 pm they were closing office early today. We will contact you to reschedule. Aspen dental Niceville pulled my friend’s tooth! They pulled the wrong one! He went to Crestview for an emergency extraction and that office said they were understaffed and couldn’t take him. We later found out that these offices are never to turn away emergencies. They sent him to Niceville. He was in terrible pain and was numbed. Then......they pulled the WRONG TOOTH! He went right back and the second dentist couldn’t understand why the first dentist pulled the wrong one. My friend then called back for a refund and the rud... read more
