Worst dental appointment experience of my life. Went in for my first visit for what I was expecting to be an exam and cleaning. Appointment was at 9:30 AM. Got about 10 different phone calls/emails/text messages reminding me about the time of my appt. and that I needed to be there fifteen minutes early to fill out paperwork. Incompetence is little to describe them . After the removal of my upper teeth my denture was not correct . And did not fit probably someone's else's
They are trying to sell me a thousand dollar teeth cleaning that my insurance doesn't cover, this stinks of scam . . . No I'll go as far as it is a scam and they quite unethically are using my health as leverage, after that 💩I am not even sure I can trust them that I have the four cavities they say I have
Thought the staff were very nice till I realized they were just trying to sell me their goods at every turn. Will not go back to them. Will be going for a second opinion somewhere else. Please don't trust what they tell you. The more money they convince you to spend the bigger their bonus will be.
I had a seven thirty am appointment. Was almost an hour before I was seen by the Dentist. Prices out of sight.
Worst dental office ever. Visiting from out of town and had no tooth pain at home. My wisdom tooth came though during the trip causing excruciating pain. Called made an apt requesting them pull it. They promised they'd pull the tooth at my visit since I was from out of town and wouldn't be able to come back for a follow up. I spent 2.75 hours at the office and had no work done. Staff is nice but business model is flawed. I did not like being upsold the whole time, is the staff paid on commissions? I wanted a simple cleaning, one my insurance pays completely for, instead I was shamed into getting a deep cleaning for over $100 out of pocket, I had to prepay before any cleaning is even done, who does that? I have great insurance, there should be no need for that! I would not recommend this office
A wasted day, 20-25 xrays, review from a hygienist, dental review by DR T.. to find out they did not take the insurance that was supposedly double checked the day before.. 1/2 the fault goes to shitty dental insurer Bluedental care of Florida.
