Office staff very friendly, everything was explained very thoroughly. They even have tv's when you sit in the chairs. The office manager was very friendly as well, and broke down the insurance coverage and everything. Overall great experience coming from someone who hates the dentist
Dr Gill has opened a new office on W. Saginaw Rd in front of Meijer. I'm so glad he took some of the staff from the Grand River office. Dr. Gill and his staff are amazing. I love them all, and they never once made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. They are kind, understanding and have done an excellent job creating a new smile for me with implant dentures. It took a while to complete the process, but the effort was worth the results.
We love Aspen Dental. Dr Gill has hired an awesome staff. My husband is always picking on everyone out of fun. Each and everyone caught onto him. The whole office is in stiches the whole time. It is wonderful to go where there are happy people. Most of the staff from the Grand River went to the new office on Saginaw in Lansing. The new staff is as aweome as the staff that has been there. Michelle, Rashele, Tim, Stefanie, Aubrie, some of the new staff sorry I don't remember your names. Thank you Dr. Gill.
