I have gone there for at least three cleanings and have been very pleased with the hygienist. I always scheduled my next appointment 6 months in advance and always the first of the day so I can get in and out and back to work. Today's appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. but I wasn't called back until 8:35. I asked the hygienist was I mistaken on my appointment time? Nope! The time was double booked! Update: Not happy!!! On Monday my husband had 22 teeth pulled they gave him 12 pain pills & said if he needs more to call in. I just called to ask for a couple more cuz he’s in pain they tell him basically too bad take Motrin 🤬😱😡 Wtf 🤬 for goodness sake he’s currently got exposed bone, had to have bones pulled out and had 22 pulled!! I think it’s fair to say he’s not lying about the pain!! Not lying they were Fast Friendly Affordable & worked with Medicaid

worest place go if you are time oriented. it we had an appointment at 215p we stayed until 315 to get in. walk in would have been faster

However, by remembering that senior people on social security can hardly make large monthly payments after paying high costs of rent, utilities and medical co-pays along with necessary supplies, that your quote of over $4200 is unacceptable. This is a bait and switch dental operation. At virtually every appointment, they added on a fluoride treatment that was not covered by insurance. I always refused it but they always acted like I had to pay. The final straw was when they would not make an appointment for oral surgery claiming that the insurance didn't cover it and I had to pay $600 cash in advance to even make the appointment. Canceled my appointment because they "couldnt confirm it" and didnt inform me. So I took half a day off of work for nothing How about you actually try to confirm it before you cancel someone's appointment.
After years of going to a trusted and highly regarded dentist I decided to switch to Aspen because of the convenient location and scheduling. I have had a couple cleanings and two fillings done through the Frandor office. After two attempts to schedule my 6-month cleaning following the fillings I gave up.
