They do not honor their guarantee Pricing guaranteed because no one likes an unexpected bill we guarantee the price we quote you is the price you will pay even if you’re insurance pays less then we estimate we will call their cover the difference. I paid everything I was supposed and they’re now telling me that because my insurance didn’t pay that I had to pay the 487.00. I had a problem with Aspen Dental over pricing and promo offer. I left and posted a review of my experience. Within 1/2 hour, I was contacted by Aspen Dental and they made everything right. I was treated promptly and courteously. I now will be getting my dentures which I really needed. Except for one glitch, I have been completely satisfied with service and personnel.

I have had it with this place. I’ve given the dental insurance information to the office FOUR times now (twice verbally, and twice in writing via fax - with copies of insurance card and social security numbers). Today was the fourth time, while my daughter was in the office waiting for her appointment. I contacted the dental insurance and tried to file the claim myself because they have been negligent to do so. Similar to what many others have said. Very nice employees on the surface but nice does not get the job done. I went here while in transition of finding a new dentist. My last experience was the last straw. When my temporary crown was done it was not curated long enough and it fell off into pieces within a day. It looked like gum. I will post a picture in the comments. I was also told I needed a lot of other unnecessary crown work and a couple cavities filled. The people are very nice but I have had nothing but issues from the beginning. At first I was impressed because my tooth chipped and they got me in the very next day to look at it. They told me I needed to get a crown and then set up my appt. my next appt was supposed to be at 5pm but I got a confirmation email saying it was at 4:30pm. When I called the office to ask why she stated the doctor needed more time with me....which is fine...but probably should have called to tell me?
