If you're looking for a family or personal dentist this is the dentistry to have, this team is amazing. Mike Hernandez really cared through the entire process, Mike took me as a person and when every dentist from Texas, New Mexico, Virginia and Florida for 10 months couldn't do, Mike Hernandez and by himself and with his team took care of me before 1 month of time. So I am very surprised to not see five stars or at least four on every review. But we all have different experiences in life and who am I to judge. What I can say is that Dr. Hernandez, Victoria, Dudley, Don and the rest of the crew are absolutely amazing. I have gotten 100% first class service going here. I really don't understand how Aspen has less than 5 stars. I've had several visits and they are always 100% on point. They know what they're doing, and will take great care of anyone. They are a bit costly, but you get what you pay for. 10/10 recommend!

I absolutely love this Aspen Dental location. Dr. Shear has eased my fear of going to the dentist & truly makes me feel taken care of. Dr. Shear filled one of my cavities and I felt no pain at all! She also is doing Invisalign on my teeth and worked way past closing to make sure my teeth were ready to go for my first trays. She made sure I left equipped for my aligners and comfortable. Son unos mentirosos engañan las personas que tienen medicare cobrado aparte de los que les cobran al seguro a mi me hicieron cojer un préstamo y cuando fui a la cita después que le pagaron querían cobrarme 867.00 para empezar el tratamiento .ahora tengo la deuda del préstamo porque no acepte pagarle los 867.00 porque ya les habían cobrado al medicare y a financiar one y nunca me hicieron mi tratamiento dental

I don't even know where to start .Speci when I am sitting down with a tooth pain on Christmas. I set up an appointment for me and my son for the first time at this place . After waiting for 1 hr to be seen and then 1.5 to finish they let me go because my insurance website was down. They told me there was a tooth that needed to be removed which I knew and I told them I had pain from time to time . But they let me go . Worst place ever !!!!!! I scheduled for my husband at 9:45 for new patient cleaning. I do understand that for new patient will take longer time BUT ......after call the name and done with x-ray ....they leave me just sit down and wait .....until 11:30 !!!!! Still do nothing. It was almost 2hrs !!!! When I asked for how long it will take for the process.. She only told us they are waiting for doctor going through for treatment plan and they can start cleaning ...!!!! Worst dental work ever. They charge you up front than later you get an additional bill for over a thousand dollars. They immediately put you with a lawyer and mess up your credit a simple procedure will cost you three times what it would cost you to go to an excellent dentist.
