I made an appointment by phone for a wisdom teeth, letting known to the lady who handled the appointment over the phone that it was an emergency that I already had a referral and the x rays. It was very clear what I was asking for was a surgeon, so the lady told me that everything was scheduled with the surgeon! Guess what? I made an appointment yesterday for today. The lady who handled the appointment over the phone was friendly and helpful. When I got there, I did some paperwork and the lady at the front desk was helpful. However, even though the waiting area was empty, I waited for half an hour. I finally asked the front desk staff what was going on. After another 10 minutes I was finally taken in for xrays by the assistant. I was a Aspen dental patient and loved their Waterford Lakes location and staff for years. Since Covid they have an entire new staff and dentist. I made an appointment and went in. When I got there they had lost my appointment. I asked if I could see the facilities and precautions they were taking for their customers to prevent Covid spread.
