After a terrible experience at the Kissimmee location, where they fraudulently tried to charge me and had several "recommendations" for what was suppose to be a deep cleaning that is covered by insurance, I was contacted by Marie at Corporate who assured me that I would be better treated and that the service would be provided guaranteed at this Lee Vista location. They Suck !!!! Viera Florida !!!!!!!! I have waited a year for a parcel denture that they did incorrectly three time !!! Now they are charging me for a parcel that I paid for with Care credit !!!! I can't go to any other Aspens because Viera says I owe them 800 dollars !!!! So in June it will be a year that I am walking around missing my teeth.. A law suit is pending thats for sure !! Around Sept, 2023 I had a deep cleaning done as recommended. I usually don't have this done because too many dental offices just use this for padding their billing. Cost - about $750. I later received a notice from my dental insurance that the cost for the mouthwash they gave me was denied. $70 - for mouthwash?. I went back to Aspen and they said they didn't understand. It was part of my $750 that I paid already. I said I was never informed I was paying this additional cost & returned the mouthwash & asked for my money back.... read more

I called asked the lady 3 times if the took my insurance says yes! we sent up the appointment and for nothing! my kids father takes time from work to watch my autistic girl. for nothing! they don't take our plan. train your staff better ! so ppl don't waste a day coming to your office!

The doctor told me that my tooth is totally broken and wanted to REMOVE it and to charge me $12000. I went to another hospital, they said this tooth is good and only need a slight fix. It is good now and it only took 2 weeks and $300. The most important thing is NO NEED TO REMOVE THIS GOOD TOOTH. AVOID Aspen. You did not care about patients and misled us. FUC* YOU!! No moral bottom line! I will sue you.

This has to be by far the worst dentist establishment I've ever been too. The people here are idiots. I never know what I'm coming in for. They will schedule a dental cleaning without telling me. Then I show up and I'm here longer than expected. Sometimes I will schedule a dental cleaning just to show up and not get one. Short Explanation: 99% sure they just care about profits and not you as a patient. I was given a treatment plan for something that I did not need (which I suppose was to improve Aspen's profits) - which I confirmed by getting a 2nd opinion with another dentist. Also, the office did not check my insurances benefits correctly, and if I would have gotten a surprise bill due to my insurance denying the procedure. I made an appointment by phone for a wisdom teeth, letting known to the lady who handled the appointment over the phone that it was an emergency that I already had a referral and the x rays. It was very clear what I was asking for was a surgeon, so the lady told me that everything was scheduled with the surgeon! Guess what?
