RecommendedThe dentist and hygienist went over my treatment plan thoroughly and the office manager explained what I was paying for and what my insurance would pay for. The hygienist was awesome during my procedure, made me feel very comfortable. All around great service and friendly staff! I don’t plan on going anywhere else from now on.

Went for first visit to get a cleaning scheduled. They did x-rays and a diagnosis of 10k in proposed dental work of which my insurance will only cover 1k was told they will not do a regular cleaning only an $1800.00 deep cleaning and quarterly $293.00 follow up cleanings. I inquired if this was an Aspen Dental policy or standard practice in the dental industry, after numerous times giving me deflection finally admitted it was an Aspen Dental policy. I wouldn’t take my dog to Aspen Dental.
get rid of the person trying to make the teeth.and hire someone that is not on crack

Aspen Dental is a joke. About a year and half almost 2 years ago I had about 80% of my teeth pulled, I was given a quote and we paid in full after completion they tried adding in an additional 2??.00 some odd dollars on top of a broken tooth they refused to pull which is now giving me issues. Avoid at all costs.

I have been going to this place for now nine months. I have kept all of my appointments except for one back in September. and I still do not have my permanent dentures. Today I had a appointment and as always early for it and after 45 minutes they tell me I can't have my final impressions because I need a cleaning first. she told me I missed my cleaning appointment. and I know I did not have a cleaning appointment. I am so done with this place. what ever you do, do not go to Aspen dental. what a absolute horrible experience ... read more

My husband has been going to Aspen Dental since 2/22. We read all the wonderful reviews online but let me tell you, it’s not as advertised. My husband had an appointment today for another adjustment on the cheap temporary dentures he was given. The appointment was made 2 weeks ago, only to be told that his appointment was not scheduled. No apology, no help, no we’re sorry. Only you can wait until we can fit you in but we are booked, busy and behind. I was never informed anything when it came to my visits with this dentist. Went in for a routine cleaning to be told I needed a root canal. I was sent out of Town for this procedure. With in two weeks my temporary filling fell out. I called to make the office aware of the issue. They scheduled me an appt for the 5th at 8 am. I have been sitting in the office for an hour, and was just told they scheduled me as a walk in! I’m very much upset because i have been here since 745. It’s now 9am. I went in for a cleaning, I expected to have exrays, but they did not clean my teeth. They said that I would have to make an appointment for that!!! I thought that I should have been told that they were cleaning them the same day. My time is also Valuable
