I had very bad experience going to Aspen and still paying for it with my lips numb all the time since getting my teeth pulled and plates put in. Every time I said something I was told use adhesive with out zinc. I don’t use zinc my plates don’t fit right, I can’t eat but I still got to pay my bill. Only 2 good techs there Haley and the lab tech. It’s terrible how they treat people in the back after the procedures and follow ups. I’m in the healthcare field myself it’s not supposed to be like that. Very disappointed

Had an appointment for 11 am they asked me to come early to fill out paperwork so I could be seen at 11am. But then I had to sit there and wait for 3 hours to be seen. So I do not understand why they wanted me to show up early or even give timed appointments at all if they are going to have people waiting for three hours no matter what time they have a scheduled appointment for. Then they charged me over double of what they told me over the phone for an extraction which it only took the doctor only 60 seconds to pull the too... read more

it was the one place i feared the most so when i saw how upbeat and friendly it was i thought hey lets give it a shot, 11 teeth pulled implants put in out the door you go, no pain meds,no antibiotics. i call the next day and all the happy people were gone replaced by we got your money now leave us alone people, so here it is 4 days later and i cant wear the implants, im on a liquid r very soft food diet and my mouth is killing me and i dont get a return visit till next tuesday.......im left feeling used and abused .......😢... read more

I have been to Aspen Dental twice. First time had pain in back tooth. Dr Rennie said I needed a crown but I could not afford it so he did an extraction. It was brutal. Took a month+ to heal. My face and inside my mouth was black with bruises. BRUTAL. So on 4-1-19 I had to go back with a lost filling and broken tooth. Again crown actually he wanted to do ( 2 crowns, filling, deep pare-dental cleaning refuse to do a regular cleaning and a bridge. $7500. Needless to say I got NOTHING done. you lost my Moms plates to her teeth!! She has gone a month without her dentures, and now will go about another month due to your offices mistake. She is a diabetic who now has to be on a low sodium diet. Add the fact of not being able to chew food due to your mistake. yes, there definitely needs improvement !!

Close the door!!! ---Not professional at all. Wanted $9888.00 for dentures. Had to wait 2 hours to even get a estimate from them Place is a real waste of time.
