They are absolutely the worst, some of it is my fault for not asking more questions, but they never explained the procedure to me the first time. Dentures are the worst thing you can possibly due. terrible service & dentures. 1st pair was such a bad fit I couldn't close my mouth. After 6 mo. of them telling me it was normal they made a 2nd pair for free because they said they didn't want me telling people that Aspen made those bad dentures. still not a good fit because I have a small mouth. i went to Case Dental school recently. i now have what I should have had 15 yrs ago. perfect fit, perfect size teeth, perfect bite. awful! went for a filling because my normal dentist wasn't available, and was forced to sit through a full examination which racked up charges in the thousands for services that I neither wanted nor needed. unsurpassed in being manipulative and incompetent

Do no go to Aspen Dental. Their service is terrible, they overcharge and they do not make it right. Poor in service, quality and customer satisfaction.

Being charged $2000 AFTER insurance for a deep cleaning is outrageous! And then you guys lied and said you'd take payments when really all you do is set up a credit with 28% interest!

They do come on Thoreau the very fast like they are pressed for time evidently they're paid per job. I had a truth issue that was worked on five days ago but as of today the issues back now I need to see if it can be fully rectified not temporarily rectified without costing any more money.

The dentist and X-ray tech were great my only complaint that I feel too many X-rays were taken. My complaint was pain on left side, I feel only X-rays of my left side should have been taken. Maybe this is lack of communication between departments/people. Should show I was in for left side and the X-ray tech should have been informed to only take X-ray of left side. I have no insurance and live on SS and a small part time job so I don’t have a lot of extra funds.

I'm really torn I loved the office and the staff I believe the dentist was honest with me and gave me good honest advice my concern is the price quote it was extremely high and I asked for a breakdown emailed to me when I got it I saw I was charged for a $135.00 toothbrush which I already have and that was never mentioned to me I also was charged for fluoride twice under two separate names also they didn't bill my insurance for at least 5 items that was covered I really would like to have my extensive dental work done here b... read more
