Everything is fine until it isnt.,Dont believe the part about being satisfied... I wasnt and they blew me off.And the customer service is just as poor quality... Actually non-existing!
Staff is very nice, but they really need to work on their scheduling issues. Does anyone really want to sit in their cold lobby for an hour after the time of the scheduled appointment. 15 or 20 minutes is a little inconvenient but already an hour and 10 minutes of sitting here is just ridiculous! On top of that my husband is diabetic and has been fasting since last pm. They don't even offer an explanation. Communication could go along way here!!
