Prices for procedures too high, no privacy, everyone is out in the open like a grocery store when your worked on, too much like an assembly line. Will not go back
Moved here from out of state. Had a tooth ache. Pulled the tooth. Set up cleaning next.
The staff was very friendly. I used the coupon for free exam and x-rays since I do not have dental insurance. It was really for free. I'm going next week for a cleaning. The x-rays were done quickly but I had to wait a long time to see the hygienist and another long time to see the dentist. It may have been unusual for them. I don't know.

I went there because of a broken tooth that they are going to pull. But they also informed me I have bone loss and want to do a deep clean, which costs 3300.00 with having insurance. I asked them if they could at least do a regular cleaning being I don't have 3300.00 for a deep clean. And they told me no cuz that's not their plan of care. Once I get my tooth pulled I won't be going back!

Have been trying to get a claim submitted to insurance since November...they have not submitted it. Have called insurance which says they have never received it. Insurance tried to call them and said they are no help at all and keep referring them to a number which doesn't pick up. They are trying to charge almost $1000 and are contracted with insurance to only be able to charge $452... which insurance will cover 100%. Insurance says they always have problems with Aspen dental. I had arrived 15 minutes early for my 10:30 cleaning and new patient exam appointment. Wasnt seen for x-rays until 10:52. Then I was taken to an exam room and waited for another 45 minutes for the dentist's consultation. The doctor was friendly but seemed rushed and in a hurry. They didnt have me scheduled for a cleaning, even though that's what I had called and scheduled for to begin with. Luckily, the hygienist, Amanda,"had time" and squeezed me in. Went in for Xrays and exam. That was OK. Went it came to scheduling services, the prices for other services were outrageous.
1000 times better service then Dental Express! I'll never go to D E again!!
