They are a bunch of crooks..... Wanted 6 teeth pulled and upper and lower dentures I have insurance for 1200 per year with 50 deductible well they informed me that I would have to pay 2800 after my insurance paid...... That's a load of crap!!! Went to Garden City Dental and it is under the 1200 !!! Will not recommend this place to any friends or family!!!
After receiving rude and unprofessional behavior from the Reception desk and hygienist staff my wife and kids left with their x-rays in hand and will be looking for a different dentist. One bright point, the dentist himself was very nice.
I waited in the waiting room for one hour and no one even acknowledged I was there after I signed in as a new patient. They called me me exactly 1 minute after I walked out! Whatever, costumer service non-existent!
