I have been dealing with a cavity for days. noone will return my calls or answer the phone.i even called the emergency line and not one call back. also been trying to get copies of my x-ray of my mouth and they won't even answer with that either. DO NOT go to this office !!! they don't care about you. it's sad but it's the truth

Got an immediate appt. next day to recement a crown. Got advice on what was done wrong by the other dentist, causing it to fall off so easily and plan if it does happen again

I don't recommend them at all. I went for severe toothache from broken teeth, they told me I had a bad infection and teeth needed to be extracted then wanted to talk about $$ & setup a financing plan. After telling them I needed to make other arrangements via insurance first, they never gave anything for the severe pain and even after telling me how bad my infection was never gave me a prescription for antibiotics until I asked for it, the office manager Jackelyn Murray told me dr. Get real with your estimates on Antimicrobial Rinse procedures, the rinse itself cost less than $20.00 and Aspen wanted to charge me $600 for the bottom teeth and $600 for the top. Like really Guys? And of course I had to have it before they would fill any of my teeth. $ 1200 for a one time mouth rinse? I studied the rinse and it states, must be used periodically because bacteria returns. I carefully set all appts Jan2 during my vacation and the appt setter put it in the 3rd. I said nothing when I came on the 2nd and came back the next day, but was 13 minutes late due to stopped traffic from an accident. Without checking with anyone, and an empty waiting room (second day in a row), she said Sorry we cant take you, you are late. I felt like I was in third grade. There was no effort to ask why or show any flexibility. I will not be rescheduling at an office that cant roll with the demands of customer service...... read more

I think Dr Farah Hasan is mentally ill n is suffering from schizophrenia like her mother, as its a heredity. I feel that the clinic give space to exceptional dentists who are mentally ill.
