They just wanted to sell me a new partial instead of finding out why my tooth was hurting even thou the partial was out.

omg 1 year no teeth keep changein the story never have the same dentist ,,,, not the place for dental anything..
The receptionist was very friendly and made it easy to get a next day appointment but when I got in the room I was told I had 3 cavities and 1 poorly fitted cap that needed replaces when I asked about being knocked out with gas they were like we dont use gas we use a pill and I was like no thank you and never went back after being quoted a $2000 bill but mostly after being told they dont use gas to ease patients

Tried to reschedule my appointment that was scheduled months ago, I declined. Got there at scheduled time, sat for 15 minutes. Sat in dental chair for another 15 minutes, hygienist was great, got through half the cleaning, then decided to go work on another patient, sat there for another 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes, still no one coming back. Got up and left. Will not be back.
Well the Aspen Dental I go too couldn't do my repair so was sent to Ormond they seen confused about me the other place didn't fax info was told price at Aspen on dunlawton it wood be Price @ 130$ send payment was 312.$ over all they did the job!!!
I have never met more incompetent people at Aspen. Bad service, last min cancellations, excuses, dissatisfied/unprofessional staff dental hygienist and monthly oral surgeon. Only one dr. and one staff member competent. Not recommended!
My husband went there a few months ago to get some dental work done. We got the credit approved (no problem) and schedule the work the following month. Within 48 hours we decided to go else where since it was 1/3 the cost. Called them to cancel the transaction. Called the credit card (dental first) and asked them to cancel it as well. Got a bill for $3800.00 call the CC again and put stop on it. Then call Aspen Dental and was informed it be taken care of. Again I called back July 3rd since I got another bill for 250. Needs better management. They stand around to much while everyone else works then blames the crew that actually works when something goes wrong instead of helping the situation. No leadership abilities. I wouldn't recommend going here because there's no teamwork.

Bait and switch - stay away. Dentist and hygienist were very nice, but the corporate salespeople only want to provide you with expensive options. I left hastily. Sorry the other professionals in the office can't find jobs with a practice that is not all about upsell. Would NEVER recommend.
