I came in for a dentist visit in which I did my xrays. I then sat with someone to schedule my teeth cleaning. We looked at the dates and I selected a date best for me. After taking time off work for the appointment I called on the day of my appointment only to find out they never scheduled me at all. I was told sorry they are booked for the entire day. This absolutely unacceptable I will not return to Aspen Dental.
Why cover someone insurance, but have an oral surgeon that doesn't? Now I have to find an oral surgeon that can take my insurance... Pain in my Tooth!
worse experience. got dentures paid 3600.00 for them a year ago and have been back repeatedly. still do not fit right. could not understand dentist,female, and she seemed to be aggravated i was even there. over scheduling of patients. waited over hour and she didnt do anything. would not recommend this particular office.
The dr. Was great but the billing department needs work! Had an extraction done in January and just called for the third time..still have not been put in my claim yet 6 months later! Next call will be to the betterBusiness bureau..get this fixed people!
All they want to do is pull your teeth and sell you there dentures went and saw another dentist for a second opinion and was told the teeth could be saved and at a lesser cost so beware !! Ask plenty of questions and make sure that they explain what they are doing cause they will tell you one thing and at time of procedures the plan is changed and you will not be told just search the net for reviews on aspen dential I read about 50 negative reviews and one positive you do the math
My spouse and I went in about 2 months ago for an exam and was scheduled to come in on Feb, 24 at 5:30. My husband needed two fillings and we both wanted a cleaning so we arrived he ended up with one filling and they rescheduled the second one after the dentist keep leaving the room throughout the procedure. Then we was put back in the lobby two hours after our appointment time ended up leaving with no teeth cleaning because they said it would be another 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes early to do paperwork with one other person in the waiting. I was finally seen an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Was told I needed a deep cleaning and antibiotic treatment. After being prepped and I was given a crazy quote without having checked my full insurance coverage.
