am still waiting for my husband to get out of a consultation that was at 1:30. We waited for over an hour after arriving early to do paperwork and then they were so booked I'm still waiting as he just told me he is waiting in the hall for a room!!! This is unacceptable and I will not be returning for my husbands dental work here.
Supposed to be running a special for new patients! I drove over an hour in the snow to get there. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment I was scheduled for over the phone due to snow travel, to be turned away!! They need to be understanding of weather conditions for one and considerate to their potential customers also. They only had one patient in lobby too not like they were booked! Receptionist was rude as can be. I do NOT recommend them to anyone . Save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere!!
Very long waits for minor dental work, receptionist is very rude! Have also seen people turned away because they think they are too good to accept their dental insurance. Will resume using O'Lemna in muncie, and hope my husband finds another place as well!
I went there a year ago with severe toothache they took free X-rays decided I needed some kind of scraping below gum line $3500 after insurance they would not pull tooth unless this was done first they got a financial advisor there for payment plan I left and got tooth pulled $20 after insurance
