I would not recommend Richmond Aspen dental. I had an aweful experience after two months my teeth are still bothering me after just 3 fillings. I assumed when they ran my insurance and knew what was covered and what I would owe that I wouldn't get a surprise bill for $624 only to find out my insurance didn't pay. my teeth never hurt before I went there and now I can't even eat on my right side! My son paid $1500 for dental work. Two weeks after filling put in his tooth it fell out.
Service was good, but the sticker price was shocking. Looked up affordable Dental in Dayton, for a second opinion. Seems their pricing is a lot easier on the pocket. Remains to be seen.
Simply put, I will not go back. Did not appreciate being put to an account manager and having a care credit card initiated without a question of “May we do a credit application via care credit?” Waited... a fairly long time. I came in early.
Very unhappy, very disappointed!!!!. Made an appointment over the phone with aspen. I was told they do accept my dental Insurance. I went to the appointment and inside they tell me " we do not accept this insurance". What the heck???? I live far away drove all this time to get to the office on time not to be late and then they tell me they do not accept my insurance but first they tell me they accept my insurance and nothing. I have called for an appointment for Saturday twice now!! Me and my Gf both, there Saturdays are extremely limited. Because people who work.. Can't afford to take off to be there. The first time I called they quoted us w months out for a Saturday. We took it because hey we had no choice. Well low and behold Saturday rolls around 2 months later. We call to confirm again.. I have been going to Aspen for several years. I have always been treated well even though I have severe dental phobia. The only thing that I don't like and this seems to be new is that I was given 6 yes SIX reminders of my appointment. I have never missed an appointment and with each one of the 6 I responded with confirmation. This was almost harassment.
Very long waits for minor work. Rude receptionist and couple rude dental assistants. Dentist is nice. Highly do not recommend this place.
