The staff at Aspen Dental in Richmond, Indiana is wonderful! I have been going there for almost two years and have had a pleasant experience each time. The doctors, hygienists, and techs are extremely knowledgeable, are very willing to answer all of my questions and address my concerns, and are very gentle during their procedures. Top that off with the most pleasant office crew, and there's no question that Aspen Dental is where I will go for years to come. That's the "tooth" and I'm sticking to it!

These fine people are amazing. .! I have a huge fear of dentist and they were all so nice and worked with me. Top notch organization!

Without thinking they want to pull nothing but teeth out of my head. I went to another dentist who fixed everything and had to make me new partials since the other ones that aspen dental made were not right and that kept chipping off a tooth from the hook that was attached. After a week of having the ones that aspen dental made they broke in half in less the 4 day I returned them to be fixed and still not see them back. After they charged my insurance over $6000. So I would highly would not recommend them.
been a patient a lil under a year first appointment they get you right in no wait BUT the longer you come the longer you wait I am here for a reline and after being told it wasn't my denture it was me not knowing how to eat with them well I can eat with coushion grip and not an ounce of glue so it seems to me they are a lil too loose the dentist was rude kept rolling his eyes at me so here we are my appointment to pick them up was at 4 I walked in 15 mins till yes early I know it is now 4:26 I have been waiting more than 45 ... read more
avoid at all costs. Biggest mistake of my life was trusting aspen dental. Their shoddy work crumbled immediately. My new dentist cannot believe the terrible work they did. Aspen Dental has cost me so much additional money and pain. I will regret trusting these dentists for the rest of my life. I feel so violated, betrayed and scammed. I cry every day. Now all I can do is warn others and help them avoid the same fate. DO NOT GO HERE
Yes if you have top shelf insurance. No if you finance. The sales girl is a slick talker. Totally not what was quoted to me after said and done.
