Around 6mos ago I had a broken tooth extracted. Within 24hrs pain was so intense I was vomiting. Went back in was told to take Tylenol and suck it up. Ended up in ER with fever and severe infection. I have had random sharp pains from extraction site since. Today I went to a new dentist for a cleaning, only to discover X-rays showed they left part of the root in my mouth which was the cause of the pain and infections I have been battling ever since the extraction. This place needs shut down before they hurt more people!

I had a post-operation follow up scheduled at 8 am today. I arrived to find the office closed. No one contacted me. I drove in 3 inches of snow because I was told the office would be open. I have confirmed my appointment multiple times. Today I was supposed to have my new temp dentures trimmed so I could actually wear them. Also, it would be nice to have a doctor look at my mouth following surgery. I am extremely disappointed that no one called to reschedule. Poor form, Aspen Dental. Extremely poor form.

I went due to a dull pain in my front teeth. I was told that I needed this major cleaning. That it would even make me feel better. So...I went back for that appt. that turned out to be 3.5 hrs in the chair with my mouth open. Long story short my pain that I started with is 100 times worse. The cleaning was over 2000 bucks. so now Im left with bad bad pain and no money to do anything about it. Oh..take a blanket...I did. It was freezing in there!!

Okonoboh Sydney is a DMD At Aspen he supposed to take 4 my teeth but this men take 15 my teeths I don’t know why I went home with pain the. I’m a new patient. My first visit was supposed to be one hour long. I did more waiting than I got to see anyone. I had to ask if they forgot about me. I got through part of it but after two hours, I decided to reschedule. I’m going to give them a second chance.?

This crook-ridden dental office took thousands of dollars from my family without completing their work. They hung up on me and ignored me tens of times until I turned 26 so they could rip me off and take the money without completing the job. They lie, scam, and have a trashy disposition that I’m ashamed to have even remotely invested myself and my health in. I’ll do everything I can to be sure everyone knows about this criminal location. I had an emergency with pain while staying with my dad in hospice. They got me in quickly and where very good.
