Terrible experience!!!! Waited 3 hours for no resolution, they didn’t even address the issue I initially came in for. Terrible staff!! Waited 10 minutes outside before they even unlocked the door and walked away as if it weren’t even opened while several people circled around it in the morning. Waited an additional 30 minutes Seated, In conclusion all they did was give me some x rays and the girl was forcing the wand into my gums!! It was very uncomfortable and painful. I’ve been here on two occasions and both times I’ve had a pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly. Definitely will go back

Currently in the office as a brand new patient.... not a fan of the tech I’m with. She’s training someone new. And she’s been extremely rude. And really discouraging. Not the type of dentist I’d wanna be with. Not to mention her words to the new girl “I really don’t even know what this is, I kinda just do it”, excuse me? However Trisha is a sweetheart. Thankyou so much for your help lady!

Almost everything they did had to be redone. After they put a crown on my tooth they decided it needed a root canal. Crowns wouldn’t stay on and I got infection in my gum after they finished with one tooth.

the evening doctor on staff on Thursday December 26th is extremely prejudiced and rude. his dismissive refusal to perform service was not only unprofessional, but extremely rude. to the point where the dental assistants apologized on his behalf. the rest of the staff has been extremely professional and courteous in my previous visits. but I will be taking my business elsewhere

waited over 2 hours just for dentist to tell me i needed a root canal instead of pulling my tooth like i came in for..i have an abscessed tooth but all he did was give me a prescription for amoxicillin then told me to schedule an appointment to get it pulled

website says emergency dental available same day. when I called in level 8 pain, was told could not see me until next day. haven't slept in days due to pain and uncaring dentists. really hoped for some relief so I could sleep finally and was told to go hurt for at least another day.

Horrible experience. The finance company they recommended was impossible to deal with. Not to mention horrible interest rates! After a few months I paid it off. Then after my insurance company paid their portion, I had a credit that Aspen Dental would not issue me. They instead issued it to the finance company Dental First. They knew I didn’t owe dental first any money!! I have yet to receive my refund and probably won’t without a lawyer.

The Rogers AR location staff is completely and utterly incompetent! The dentist and one assistant were very nice but otherwise the entire experience was the worst I have ever been through at a dental or medical office! I broke a front crown so only have a post coming out of my gum. My second appt was scheduled in their office after my initial visit and the estimate. I got to the office and they said I didn't have an appt but when the office manager heard me say I had already paid over $1700 in full when this appt was schedul... read more
