The Rogers AR location staff is completely and utterly incompetent! The dentist and one assistant was very nice but otherwise the entire experience was the worst I have ever experienced at a dental or medical office! I broke a front crown so only had a post coming out of my gum. My second appt was scheduled in their office after my initial visit and the estimate. I got to the office and they said I didn't have an appt but when the office manager heard me say I had already paid over $1700 in full when this appt was scheduled ... read more

When I set my appointment, I felt pretty good about it. The woman I spoke to was very pleasant, positive, and professional. After I arrived and was placed in a room, I was informed that they would not be able to repair my dentures that day. In fact, they told me that they don't usually schedule repairs for Friday since that is their busiest day. I guess they should have known that when the appointment was scheduled on Monday. Not going into details but was worse service I ever had still have abcess tooth.
I wouldn't take my dog to Rogers Ar. Aspen Dental they they told me that I could get new Dentures by the next day then I was told my them after my xrays that it would take at least two weeks or so to get them that I would have to come back four or so visits to get my Dentures. I walked out and I would never go back to them.
I will advise everyone I know how unprofessional this place is. I seen Dr.. first who said my teeth looked good. Then the hygienist said I needed root scaling and had some kind of bacteria that amazingly the Dr. didn't see. Insurance fraud and scamming people out of money. So I asked for my records I got half my exrays and nothing else, watched her shred my records and when I questioned was informed I was rude and asked to leave. Please everyone choose a different dentist office

Dr. Harris at the Rogers location is a terrible individual. I had my kids in thier lobby this morning and they kicked me out because their hygienist had called in sick six hours earlier and they failed to call me to reschedule my appointment. I was sitting in the lobby for at least 30 minutes filling out paperwork and Dr. Harris came out after I was trying to get the manager to honor our appointment time and I asked why the dentist can't clean my kids teeth. Worst service ever! Trying to get x-rays for surgery and they keep dragging there feet. Had to come in and sign a form for them to release my x-rays which was done on the original visit, but since I am using someone other than the surgeon they wanted me to go to corporate has to send the x-rays. After 2 weeks of waiting for this I was again told that I needed to come in and sign the paper again. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid. Broke a tooth, saw their ad, made an appointment. Had to wait 6 weeks to get the appointment! Appointment Day finally arrives, I work double time to get there on time only to find out that they had canceled my appointment 3 days after I made the appointment. No record of another call made to them from my phone. I walked out. I called their main number to complain, no help. I then called Dental and Denture services in Springdale, my appointment is for tomorrow! Aspen Dental.....you are WORTHLESS!!!!!
This place sucks‼️ In 6 months I am now on 3rd dentist and all new office and new helper staff‼️that should tell everyone what kind of place this is.‼️
