An absolute scam. We financed my husbands dental treatments and our account was maxed out after the first visit when we were quoted a small fraction of the price by the office manager who broke the treatments down by price. We should've had 4 visits covered by their "payment plan" and yet we paid out of pocket at the very first one then were lied to by the desk clerk and told "I'm not the office manager so I was confused earlier".
Aspen has illegal business practices. i called asking 4 times for a price to re- align dentures for a relative in Georgia . I explained their financial situation and repeatedly ask to be given an estimate. The Waco Aspen dental office told me that they will try to re-align a denture if possible but he could not give me price. He made an appointment for the office in Rome,Ga When she got there they told her they did not do realignments and tried to con her into new work. Very, very poor !Beware of their lies! An absolute joke. It is terrifying that such incompetent people are allowed to work in a medical profession.
The worst dental experience I've ever had!!! I had a toothache, in pain and the last thing I want is to talk about all the other dental work you want to do! Made me wait almost an hour to put me in a room to numb me up. Numbed the wrong part for the particular tooth that needed to be pulled. I had to wait to check out because the girl didn't know how much. They definitely need to work on caring about the patient instead of focusing how much money they can get!! My wife had a tooth pulled and thought it was over But she got to hurting worse and I noticed she still had part of the tooth there....and now their trying to say it's just a spur...no way its tooth even the doctor seen it at the ER....they also have her a pain medication that she's allergic too Thats why she's at the hospital but they say it's her fault.......
The employees of the Aspen Clinic in Rome, GA were very nice with the exception of one of the office managers. She acted like she was totally bored with her job and could care less. I would not recommend Aspen because their prices are ridiculous. To fill one tooth for $471.00 is just not right. I could have 2 maybe 3 teeth filled for that price at another dentist which I am going to do. I'm sure that the employees can't help that, as Aspen Management probably sets the prices for them. If you are looking for a dentist that will charge you upfront and then not see you for your appointment when you show up and tell you it will take a week to refund your money this is the one! Horrible!
They gave me a price now they are trying to say I owe them more money who pays 600 to have cleaning. Beware!!!!
