The people in the office were very professional, but I probably will not return to Aspen Dental due to excessive prices. I had been to a dentist for over 40 years and he retired. I decided to give Aspen Dental a try. They did numerous X-rays and then charged me over $400 for cleaning & filling one cavity. On this visit, I to pay $232 for a cleaning, which is ridiculous. They do not care about your well being. They try to make you have procedures that cost above and beyond what your very good insurance covers. They try to make you feel like it's urgent to have the extra procedures or you will lose all your teeth. I have already have an appointment with a real dentist that cares and doesn't "require" procedures I ,as a consumer,am willing to have done. It's time we,as consumers(patients), decide what we want ,within reason, and what we are willing to pay. They work for us. It's not a dictator... read more
