Husband took a vacation day from work and we planned the day according for his upcoming oral surgery. 9 teeth being pulled including all 4 wisdoms. He gets a text stating that his appointment is for 1pm. He was told he would get a call not a text…Continues to call the office just to verify this and is told that 1pm is there lunch break that his apt is scheduled for 4pm?!?! St.Clair not good with scheduling days

RecommendedHad a great first two appointments, but now I’m still in pain and can’t get anybody to call me back. I’ve left several voicemails and selected the option for a callback but haven’t had anyone return my calls.

What a rip off! They sell inferior dentures, knowing the teeth will fall out of them, so they can then charge a ridiculous amount to reattach them. This is the 2nd time, and I'm sure it won't be the last!
Horrible ! Still haven’t sent my check they owe me. No response to my emails. This is ridiculous! I have a lawyer involved so we will see where this goes. Jennifer the office manager needs some education and maturity. Respond to customers.
