Where to start, my girlfriend needed a second opinion for some work her primary dentist said she needed so she called Aspen Dental. Over The phone she was promised a full new patient exam with xrays...the jackoff dentist didn't even look in her mouth, he was very rude and unprofessional. They are lucky it was free or we would have some serious issues. They could of used that land for something better than these over paid jackasses.
Service was excellent. Crazy fast, & doctor even called to check on my son. He even left his personal cell #, in case we had issues or concerns. What wasn't good?..... It cost a fortune, even after insurance. I didn't qualify for their financing (I think they misspelled my employer's name), so of course I had to pay $900 up front, before they would work on my 13 yr. old's cavities. $280 for a "2-step" cleaning ? Ridiculous!
Its been at least 3 to 4 years since i was at a dentist. I did need more work done then,2 root canals, cavity, etc. but cancelled my appointments because i couldn't afford it all even with insurance. Now I woke up one day with a swollen face which was an abscess and scared to go back to my original dentist because he actually yelled at me already cuz i didnt get a root canal one time right away. If I could give them less than one star I would. This place is the biggest joke around. My husband had an appointment to get his teeth out. The paper we got when we paid the extremely large payment said his appointment was 10 am for one thing and then 11 for the surgery. They said but "don't worry we will call you the night before to confirm actual appointment." I got an email reminder for 11. All I wanted when I made an appointment here was to get my two teeth fixed and they made me get X-Rays and want to do all this extensive work that'll cost a lot of money that I cannot afford, even with their "payment plans". They also want me to get a "thorough cleaning" which will take two visits. They are also VERY pushy about giving them a good rating, which I didn't appreciate.
