Horrible dentists horrible money hungry incompetent thieves. Called the cops on me when I went in to talk to any dentist with an appointment to discuss my unhappiness. Although they have the words “we treat all patients like our mothers” can you imagine the hypocrisy? going to Costa Rica next week will have my perfect smile pre Aspen back in a few months for a lot less money I can assure you.

I've been fighting Aspen Dental over a $418 bill. I paid upfront for a crown I needed. They made me pay half down then the rest when I got it done. I paid what they told me, in writing, what the bill would be. They made it poorly and, when they tried it, it got stuck. The dentist couldn't get it back out to finish the bonding etc.. So he actually laughed and said "Well if you eat a gummy candy or something sticky, it'll loosen." Noooo it did not... It actually shattered to bits in my mouth 10 days later. Act like they care after they have your $$$
scheduled a cleaning for 8am, didnt go back until after 830 to get xrays. It took another 25 minutes for someone to come poke my teeth and at 925 someone came back to tell me I needed to reschedule for a cleaning.
I got dentures there 2yrs. ago and they never fit right. The first set looked like Halloween teeth---huge and bucked. They had to make me a new set and they never fit right. After going back for "adjustments" I told Dr. DiPaul I wanted my money back this was before the warrenty was up. He told me "to come back on a day I'm feeling better" and walked out of the room. Finally after many "adjustments" I told the dentist I can't wear them. He said there was nothing he could do. Next day I called the office to talk to the office ... read more
Aspen Dental sent me a huge bill. When I asked them about it, they told me there were going to try to submit it to my insurance. A few weeks later, I get contacted by a bill collection agency. They say they have a price guarantee(what they quote is what you pay), but that's not accurate at all. When I called to ask why, the office manager Kelly got mad and hung up the phone because I asked her what the hell is going on, and she said don't curse at me and hung up.
