My experience at the Aspen Dental on Altamont Ave. in Rotterdam yesterday was wonderful! Dr Sterling and all the staff were very professional and helpful. The receptionist and front desk staff were awesome!Special thanks to Gina for getting me in for an appointment so quickly !�
Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I've started the process of having an implant. The initial process, including extraction of my cracked tooth went very well. I'll give you my full report in about 4 months.

All four wisdom teeth were taken out a few hours ago. From just checking in, from being loopy on the way out. Everyone that I spoke to was absolutely amazing. They made sure that I was comfortable, they talked to me the whole time made sure that I understood everything and all of the possibilities. I would definitely recommend Aspen to any and everyone.
Had to have a number of teeth pulled and had to have dental plate made. My only complaint was no one showed me the correct way to put in the temp plate. You would of thought it was simple but not to me
I had my first dental appointment since I was 16 (I'm 36) with Aspen Dental a few weeks ago. I've only been in NY since I was 19, so I didn't know anyone at the office. I have severe social anxiety and a profound fear of the dentist, so to say I was terrified would be the understatement of the year. The people at Aspen were amazing. They were all kind, considerate, and caring. They got in, got out, told me what was wrong, and got me set up to get it fixed with no hassle at all. My 84 year old father had his first visit this week and everyone was so courteous and professional. I would highly recommend the office at Altamont Ave in Rotterdam. The entire staff is wonderful and caring.
