Two days ago was my first visit and i was treated very well. I fully recommend that office in 1710 Altamont Ave, Schenectady..... 10 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
I have been treated with respect and kindness , I never have to wait, and they always accommodate my appointment for the afternoons so I may come after work hours. The office is convenient and staff always are nice and kind. I will continue to use them for my dental needs.
This is the best dental office I have ever been to!!! The hygenist is so nice and professional, she does such a great job. The staff is so professional and very welcoming, they care so much about you and making you feel confortable!
I have been waiting literally 3+ months for a refund for procedure they did without checking if my insurance covered it. The amount of legwork for such a small refund and to get my account right is insanity. I am still waiting. Sad because I really like the rest of the staff and the work they do is great. The way they process and submit to insurance is the issue and if it does not go through they want you to do the legwork of getting it to pass. your website says " free x-rays and exam to new patients with no insurance. I walked in aspen dental today to become a new patient and the receptionist to me its 260.00 for today. I told her about the website and it said free. The Ms said its not free there us no such thing that she knew about. so beware of Aspen dental I believe its a scam. I was disappointed as to how unfriendly the front desk staff was. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed and walked out.

be more competitive with pricing compared to dentists in private practice, your Rotterdam office was over $225.00 higher than a private practice dentist in the area my wife went to for a second opinion. She did not disclose your price to the second opinion dentist, same diagnosis, less cost.
Aspen Dental tried to rip off a US Army Veteran. They said they accepted my wifes insurance, They lied and were deceptive in the process of providing a routine cleaning. They informed my wife that she needed over $1400 of dental work due to gingivitis and other problems. Did no work and sent her a bill for over $200 for an exam that they claimed would be covered by her insurance. RecommendedThe staff including the receptionist, clerk, xray tech, dental hygenist, dentist and other sdtaff were friendly experoenced and quick to listen to my concerns- both financial and comfort. I would highly recommend them. I had a teeth exam, xrays, digital scan, cleaning, and a filling done in a little more than 1 1/2 hrs.
