I've had multiple horrible experiences with Aspen Dental, mostly around being sold products and services not covered by my insurance plan (like a $135 toothbrush) despite their "Peace of Mind Promise" saying there'll be no hidden fees and no surprises. Their "detailed estimate on the cost of your treatment plan" has not included many of these fees. I have been going to Aspen Dental on Altamont Ave for 15+ years and have not been happy with my last few visits. I went yesterday for my 6 month cleaning and check-up and left very aggravated. My appointment was at 4:00. I sat in the waiting room until 4:30 at which point I was moved to one of the exam rooms. The room was absolutely freezing! The hygienist came in and looked at my teeth and told me that I needed a deep cleaning in two areas and then left. She did not explain that this meant she wouldn't be cleaning my teeth ... read more
Will review afterwards...i have to get the proper I.d.to complete the process...my insurance will not cover the full cost but with my i.d i can get the payment plan...just hope an pray that i get my drivers licence an my dentures before my next birthday....
Want money before helping anyone in pain to me this is horrible especially when a tooth extraction is needed to me that is putting a life in danger due to infection growing it's very sad when you are in good standing and have always paid up front 😡😡
Dentist was very good. This was the first time I experienced bleeding gums during my cleaning- it was rough and uncomfortable. Previous visits have been great, I hope you fix this.
