100000% AWFUL. I had new fillings put in by dr. Abby Christopherson in September of 2020 and not even a year and a half later, I have had 3 fillings fall out. Do not waste your time or money here. After going in to get my fillings replaced/fixed they told me I would need to come in for a gingivitis cleaning (2 cleanings total) before they did any work on my teeth. Absolutely ridiculous first they couldn’t tell how much the total was for my treatment until it was happening….then I get a root canal and a cap put on ….falls off so I go back up there get a new one …falls off even after avoiding solid food so the “cement”can harden ..having to go in again this time for the permanent have it for two weeks then falls off!?I called then they say “yeah your tooth was cut to small during the root canal we need to make it larger now” Why isn’t that the first thing you say during the first protec... read more

Dr. Boston, The Dental Assistants, The office manager have such a great dynamic. They all worked hard to treat my little girl's tooth. They made her comfortable and they were all involved with encouraging her throughout the entire process. She will never fear going to a Dentist because of how amazing they treated her. I couldn't have found a better office to treat my family members! I am so thankful for them getting her out of pain, while making it an enjoyable experience for her!!

We never received a statement, indicating that there was a balance from a recent visit. When my husband went there for his scheduled tooth extraction they wanted $1100 before they would pull it. He was able to pay $500 but no, that wasn't acceptable. No discussion on payment options. Especially during these difficult times, this was not patient care. "We're all in this together"...only when you get your money upfront. Needless to say we won't be returning to Aspen Dental. This is not how you treat your patients.

I have been misled on a few "pricing" calculations. I began my association with ASPEN when I had no dental insurance. Since then I had all my x-rays, exam, that should be no charge, being a new client without insurance. I've been waiting for my scheduled appointment, 08/06/2018. During this time I have obtained dental insurance through my VA. DELTA DENTAL VADIP premium coverage that began 08/01/2018. On Fri, the staff member said my charge was only for that visit. I only saw a list of charges after I paid. I was tired & didn't review receipt til later. I seem to have prepaid for my next appointment in 6 months. It seems I prepaid 6 months ago for Friday's appointment. I never was told I'm prepaying. I will call the office on Monday and request my $52 credit back. The surprise of prepayment seems sneaky.

First of all they didn't even do my cleaning which is what I was scheduled for. They did the X-rays and exam and that took an hour an 10 minutes to do. They wanted to push crowns and said I would have a crown on a tooth that they couldn't do a filling for at all. The person going over what I would be charged which is almost $6,000 was hacking her lungs out and disappeared for 20 minutes before coming back to me. I'm not happy at all and going to get a second opinion.
